SOUR CREAM BANANA 
2 sm. ripe bananas
1 (18 1/2 oz.) box yellow cake mix
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. banana or vanilla instant pudding mix
4 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1/3 c. chopped nuts (nuts are optional)

Slice bananas into large mixing bowl. Beat until well-mashed. Add remaining ingredients and blend on low speed, then increase speed to medium and beat 2 minutes.

Pour into well-greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 60-70 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
