1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1/3 c. sour cream
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. Wheat germ
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Cream together butter, sugar and eggs. Then add all other ingredients, mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
