2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. maraschino cherries, halved
1/2-3/4 c. mini marshmallows
1-2 bananas, mashed
1/2 c. chopped walnuts, optional
Salt to taste
Red food coloring

Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Add drops of food coloring to suit. Spoon into individual custard cups or paper-lined molds. Or can be poured into oblong casserole and cut into squares. Freeze several hours before unmolding or cutting and serving. Fills 12 molds or oblong casserole dish.
