1 1/4 c. mashed sweet potatoes
4 c. toasted bread cubes
4 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. chopped onion
6 link sausages
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. rubbed sage
1/4 tsp. crumbled marjoram leaves
1/2 tsp. ground thyme
2 tbsp. butter

Combine the first 4 ingredients in bowl. Cut sausage links into 1/2" pieces and brown; discard grease. Add sausage to the mixture. Blend in remaining ingredients. Mix well and spoon into cavity of chicken or turkey.
