POTATO FILLING | |
2 eggs Parsley as you like 1 med. onion, cut up and fired until lightly browned 2 pieces of toasted bread cut into small squares 2 tbsp. butter 6 med. potatoes 1 c. milk Cook the potatoes as you would to make mashed potatoes. Mash the potatoes while adding the milk and butter. Only mash the potatoes until they are in small clumps. Mix in all the other ingredients. Place the mixture into a lightly buttered dish and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until brown. |
