SQUASH CASSEROLE | |
2 lb. squash - sliced, boiled (5 to 6 med. yellow) 1 sm. grated onion 1 grated carrot 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 (8 oz.) sour cream 1 pkg. cheddar cheese croutons 1 stick butter, melted Mix croutons and melted butter and divide. Mix 1/2 with top ingredients and put remainder on top of casserole. Cook at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour. |
