VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 lg. bag frozen vegetables (cauliflower, broccoli & carrots) 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed Seasoned croutons 1/2 stick butter, melted Cook vegetables for a few minutes. Add soup, cheese and put into baking dish. Top with croutons. Spread melted butter on top. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. |
