RICE VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
1 can Veg-All (drained)
1 can string beans (drained) can use corn, English peas for larger dishes
1 can cream of onion soup
2/3 c. cooked rice
2 c. water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 stick butter
1 c. Velveeta cheese

Cook rice according to directions on package, using the 2 cups of water. Mix vegetables, soup, butter, cheese together in 6x9 oblong dish. Microwave 3 minutes. Add cooked rice and salt and pepper to taste. Microwave 3 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
