TONY'S CHOCOLATE CHIP PIE | |
1 prepared graham cracker crust 30 regular size marshmallows 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (6 oz.) bar German sweet chocolate 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip or 1/2 pt. whipping cream, whipped In a double boiler, over medium heat, combine the milk, marshmallows and vanilla. Stir continuously until marshmallows are melted. Remove from heat and allow to cool. Grate the German chocolate bar and whip the cream if using. Add both to the cooled marshmallow mixture by folding in gently. Place in prepared crust and refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours. Serves 6-8. |
