TOWN AND COUNTRY PEPPERS 
8 green peppers, cored
1 lb. ground beef
1 egg
Liquid bouillon
1/2 c. catsup or barbeque sauce
1 box Rice-A-Roni (beef or chicken)

Mix beef, egg, catsup, rice and bouillon. Parboil peppers and cool. Fill peppers with beef mixture. To add color, you may add catsup to top of peppers. Bake in covered dish with 1/4 inch of water at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until done. Baste often. If peppers are frozen, add more time (20 to 30 minutes) and water if necessary.
