GREEN PEA SALAD 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen tiny green peas, thawed
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 green onions, chopped
10 slices bacon, cooked, drained, crumbled
1/2 c. cashews
Boston or Bibb lettuce leaves
Parmesan cheese

DRESSING:

1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Toss together all ingredients except lettuce. Spoon salad onto lettuce leaves, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
