COLD GREEN PEA MEDLEY SALAD 
1 (10 oz.) frozen green peas
1 carrot, diced
1 tbsp. onion, diced fine
1 red pepper, chopped
1 stalk broccoli, trim & chop
1 stalk celery, chopped
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
Dash salt (optional)
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. coriander seed or
1/4 tsp. caraway seed (optional)
1/4 tsp. celery seed (optional)

Lightly steam broccoli and carrot. Thaw peas. Mix vegetables. Stir together sauce of mayonnaise, mustard and seasonings. Mix vegetables and dressing thoroughly. Chill before serving.
