MEAT ROLLED IN CABBAGE 
2 lbs. ground steak
2 eggs
2 tbsp. grated onion
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. water
Salt and pepper
2 1/2 lbs. cabbage
1 can whole cranberries
2 cans arturo sauce
White raisins

Boil cabbage in large pot of water. Tear off individual leaves. Mix first 6 ingredients together and roll small handfuls of meat into cabbage leaves. Pour cranberries and arturo sauce over cabbage. Add raisins. Put into a large pot; bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 hours. Stir after 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4-6. Freezes well.
