MEAT BALLS AND CABBAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger meat
1 lb. sausage
2 lg. onions
3 eggs (1 egg for each lb. of meat)
1 pkg. (individual wrapped) crackers, crushed fine
1 1/2 oz. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Mix all the above ingredients and roll into balls. 2 pts. tomato juice

In large pan layer cabbage (or wrapped meatballs in leaf). Add tomato juice and enough water to keep it from burning Cook slowly for about 1 hour.
