CHICKEN HOT DISH 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water chestnuts (chopped)
1/2 pt. sour cream
4-5 chicken breasts
1 box Escort crackers
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. water

Cook chicken, cut into bite sized pieces. Mix all ingredients except crackers and butter. Spread in baking dish. Crush crackers and spread thick over top. Cover top with pads of butter. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
