BROCCOLI - CORN SPOON BREAD 
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed & drained
4 eggs
Onion
Parmesan cheese (for topping)

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into 8 x 8 inch pan. Sprinkle top with cheese. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes.
