MIXED VEGETABLE CASSEROLE 
2 pkgs. frozen mixed vegetables
1 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. shredded cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick butter

Cook and drain frozen vegetables. Cook celery and onions until tender; drain and add to vegetables. Add cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream. Mix well. Pour into buttered casserole. Top with Ritz cracker crumbs. Melt butter and pour over crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly and brown.
