BROCCOLI AU GRATIN 
1 c. water
1 envelope Lipton Onion-Mushroom Soup Mix
3 tbsp. flour
1 c. light cream
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Broccoli, cooked
Buttered bread crumbs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In saucepan, boil water; stir in soup mix; simmer 5 minutes. Mix together flour, cream and Worcestershire sauce and stir into soup.

Bring just to a boil, then simmer, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 5 minutes. Stir in cheese until melted. In 2 quart casserole, pour sauce over broccoli; top with crumbs. Bake 15 minutes.
