BROCCOLI AU GRATIN CASSEROLE 
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. butter
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
2 c. cooked rice, regular
1 sm. jar of Cheeze Whiz
1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup
1 sm. jar pimento, diced
Grated cheddar or parmesan cheese

Saute onion and celery in butter until tender. Combine and mix with all remaining ingredients (except grated cheese). Turn into 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake uncovered for 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
