CURRY RICE 
1/2 lb. meat, cubed
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. cooking wine
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 tbsp. curry powder
6 tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, cubed
3 tbsp. curry powder
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. potato, cubed
1 c. carrot, cubed
3 c. chicken stock
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cooking wine
2 c. cooked rice

Marinate meat with next 4 ingredients. Heat oil in preheated wok. Fry onion until fragrant and golden. Add next 2 ingredients and stir fry briefly. Add next 7 ingredients; bring to a boil. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Finally add meat and cook several minutes until the meat is cooked through.
