SHRIMP CURRY 
1 lb. clean shrimp (any size)
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 sm. onion
4 to 5 med. tomatoes, fresh
Bunch cilantro
1/4 tsp. crushed garlic
1/4 tsp. crushed ginger
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp. red pepper
Pinch of black pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice

Fry onions until light brown in a pan with the cooking oil.

Add the cleaned shrimps, chopped tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients in the fried onions.

Cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Add a little water about 1/4 cup and let simmer for 5 minutes. Add chopped cilantro and lemon juice before serving.
