3 oz. cream cheese 1/4 lb. soft butter 1 c. flour Pinch of salt FILLING: 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 c. brown sugar 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 c. chopped nuts Dough: Mix all ingredients together to make the dough. Divide evenly into 24 bon bon tins and press to make a shell for the filling. Filling: Mix all ingredients to make the filling. Fill the shell cups you have made evenly with the filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar while they are still warm (optional). |
