GRANDMA'S CARAMEL CORN 
12 c. popped popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. light corn syrup
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda

Put popped corn into roasting pan sprayed with Pam. Heat sugar, butter, corn syrup, and salt over medium heat. Heat until bubbly around edges of pan. Continue cooking 3 minutes. Remove from heat; add soda. Do not over stir. Pour over popcorn; mix to coat. Bake 1 hour in 200 degree oven, stirring every 15 minutes.

Note: 1 cup peanuts can be added to popcorn.
