POTATO VEGETABLE SOUP 
2 chicken bouillon cubes
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen mixed vegetables
1 tbsp. minced onion
3 1/2 c. boiling water
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 c. instant mashed potato flakes

Cook bouillon cubes, mixed vegetables, and onion to boiling. Boil about 5 minutes until vegetables are tender. Stir in evaporated milk and instant potato flakes. Heat thoroughly, ready to serve.
