CORN-STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 can corn
1 c. soft bread cubes
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. sage
6 pork chops
2 tbsp. shortening

Cut packets on bone side of pork chops. Mix corn, bread, onion, salt and sage. Stuff pork chop pockets. Fry pork chops in shortening until brown. Cover and simmer about 1 hour. Serves 6.
