Brown chops or steak and put in the bottom of a large baking dish. Combine:

1 lg. can cream style corn
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 egg
2 slices dry bread, broken into crumbs
Salt and pepper to taste

Spoon mixture over meat, cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
