MARINADE FOR STEAKS OR PORK
CHOPS
 
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 med. size onion, sliced
1 c. red wine

Arrange the meat in large casserole. Top with the remaining ingredients. Marinate 4 hours in the refrigerator. Cook as desired.
