CORN - STUFFED PORK CHOPS 
1 can or pkg. corn
1 c. soft bread cubes
1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
6 pork chops (with pockets from bone side)

Mix and stuff chops. With 2 tablespoons shortening, brown chops for 15 minutes. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 1 hour.

Variation: Put all ingredients (except pork chops) in a saucepan; moisten with broth.
