PORK CHOP & CORN CASSEROLE | |
6 shoulder pork chops 1 can (12 oz.) whole kernel corn, drained 1 c. soft stale bread crumbs 3/4 c. milk 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper Brown pork chops. Put in shallow baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pork chops. Bake in moderate oven (350 degrees) for 50 minutes or until chops are done. Makes 6 servings. |
