COCONUT PIE (NO CRUST) 
4 eggs well beaten
2 cups sweet milk
1 3/4 cups sugar
7 oz. coconut
1/2 stick butter
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix sugar and butter; add flour and mix. Add vanilla and beaten eggs; mix. Add coconut (I add until mixture is thick, just guess). Pour into 2 well creased pie platters (I grease mine with butter).

Bake at 350°F until brown.
