CORN FLAKE POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sliced potatoes, cooked
1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
1 regular container sour cream
1 onion, grated
1 bowl corn flakes
3 tbsp. butter

Place potatoes in casserole dish. Next, spread sour cream. Sprinkle onions over sour cream. Add Cheddar cheese and cover with corn flakes coated with butter. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes.
