“SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE” IS IN:

SWEET POTATO CASSEROLE 
2 1/2 cups peeled, cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1-1/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
3/4 stick butter
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

Combine ingredients and mix well. Pour into greased 13x9" casserole dish. Bake 25-30 minutes at 400°F.

Topping:

1/2 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3/4 stick butter (6 tablespoons)

Combine topping ingredients and spread evenly over hot potatoes. Cover with miniature marshmallows and bake for another 10-15 minutes at 400°F until marshmallows are evenly browned and melted.

I made this for Thanksgiving, and it was absolutely my favorite dish of the day, and that's saying something because I made a LOT of great things! I did two things differently...I didn't have any corn flakes, so I used some cornmeal in with the brown sugar and pecans. Also, I don't put marshmallows on my sweet potatoes, so I left them out. It was totally delicious!! Thanks Melinda!
