CORN PUDDING - SPECIAL 
2 c. milk
3 eggs
4 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. partially frozen corn

Place butter in casserole dish to melt. In blender, place eggs, flour, sugar, salt and 1 cup milk. Mix in blender and add partially thawed corn. Turn blender on and off, to chop the corn. Pour mixture in buttered casserole; add 1 cup milk and fold in butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, maybe less, folding 3 times first 20 minutes of cooking. Serves 6.
