CORN PUDDING 
1 pt. frozen corn
1 egg
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter, sliced and put on top
1/4 to 1/2 c. sugar
Dash of red pepper

Mix corn, egg, salt, sugar, milk, and red pepper together. Pour in dish (buttered). Put butter slices on top. Cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes or until firm. Put paprika on top before serving.
