AUNT MARY'S CORN PUDDING 
3 eggs, separated
3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. melted butter1 c. milk
1 can corn or
1 pkg. frozen corn

Beat egg whites until stiff. Set aside. Beat together egg yolks, salt and sugar. Add milk and melted butter. Blend. Stir in corn. Fold in egg whites. Pour into buttered baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until custard is set.
