AUNT MARY'S DINNER ROLLS 
3 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1 pt. warm water
1/2 c. shortening
3 pkgs. dry yeast
1 1/2 tbsp. salt
Plain flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Beat eggs. Add sugar, shortening, and salt. Add yeast and enough flour (about 7 cups) to make a soft dough. Knead well. Let rise, punch down. Let rise again. Make into rolls. Place in pans and let rise about 45 minutes. Bake in 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Makes about 2 dozen rolls.
