AUNT MARY'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1/2 bushel tomatoes
4 lg. bell peppers
2-3 hot peppers
Several sprigs fresh chopped parsley
3 lb. onions, chopped
1 pt. salad oil
8 cans tomato paste
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. basil
1/3 c. salt (more or less according to taste)
3/4 c. sugar

Cook tomatoes, peppers, parsley and onions until soft. Put through sieve. Add remaining ingredients and cook to desired thickness.
