ROSE'S BEEF TENDERLOIN | |
Serves 8-12. Difficulty: Easy. Preparation time: 10 minutes. Cooking time: 30 minutes. One beef tenderloin lightly seasoned with onion, salt, and pepper. One large onion, cut into rings. SAUCE: 2 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Put the tenderloin in a baking pan with the onion rings surrounding and on top of the meat. Pour the sauce over the meat and onions. Bake at 475 degrees approximately 30 minutes. Baste with sauce occasionally. Cut in the center to check for doneness. This cooks quickly because of the hot oven. A very easy, very good party dish. |
