STUFFED FLANK STEAK 
1 flank steak, 1 1/2 lbs.
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. onion
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 lg. can deviled ham
Barbecue sauce

Fry onions. Mix in bread crumbs, deviled ham. Spread over side of steak which have holes made with fork. Starting at short end roll up steak. Fasten with skewer. Place on grill and brush with barbecue sauce. Turn as needed. May be done in oven, 50 minutes at 400 degrees.
