CHOCOLATE FUDGE PUDDING 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. melted Crisco
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

1. Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, melted Crisco and vanilla. Mix well; stir in nuts. Spread in covered 10 x 12 inch baking dish.

2. Sprinkle with mixture of:

4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. brown sugar

3. Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water on top.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Will be chocolate cake top with fudge sauce on bottom. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
