ANN MARIE'S CHOCOLATE FUDGE
PUDDING
 
As the pudding bakes, the batter rises through rich chocolate sauce. Serve warm or cold with ice cream.

2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. chopped nuts
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 c. cocoa
1 3/4 c. hot water
1 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/8 tsp. salt

Combine granulated sugar, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt in a mixing bowl. Add nuts; stir in milk, oil and vanilla. Spread in greased 8 inch square pan. Mix brown sugar, cocoa, salt and hot water. Pour over unbaked batter. Bake in 350 degree oven 40-45 minutes. Serves 6-8.
