FUDGE SAUCE (MICROWAVE) 
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
6 tbsp. granulated sugar
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Pinch salt
1/2 c. canned milk
2 tbsp. strong brewed coffee
1/4 c. butter, cut up
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Combine cocoa, sugar and salt in microwave proof bowl. Whisk in milk and coffee until smooth. Stir in butter. Microwave on high 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Stir in vanilla. Makes 1 1/2 cups. Serve on warm cake or ice cream.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
