MICROWAVE HOT FUDGE CINNAMON
SAUCE
 
1 c. sugar
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1/4 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Place all ingredients in large microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes. Stir every minute. Serve over ice cream. Makes 2 1/2 cups.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
