MICROWAVE HOT FUDGE SAUCE 
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits (6 oz.)
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1/4 c. half and half (or milk)
1 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

In small glass bowl heat chocolate and syrup 4 to 4 1/2 minutes, stirring once. Gradually add milk, stirring until smooth. Stir in butter and vanilla. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

For a mint sauce - use 1/2 to 3/4 tsp. mint extract in place of vanilla extract.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
