2 c. plain flour
2 c. sugar
1 c. Coca-Cola
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. buttermilk or 1/2 c. milk and 1/2 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sm. marshmallows

ICING:

1/2 c. Coca-Cola
1 stick butter
3 tbsp. cocoa
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix together flour and sugar. Heat Cola, cocoa and butter to boiling point and add to flour mixture. Mix all remaining ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes in an oblong loaf pan, greased and floured.

ICING: Mix and bring to a boil Cola, butter and cocoa. Add 1 box powdered sugar and nuts. Spread over warm cake.
