PEANUT BUTTER CANDY (Microwave) 
1 (8 oz.) jar natural peanut butter (can use any peanut butter)
1 c. butter
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips

Place the peanut butter and butter in the 2 quart utility dish. Cover with wax paper. Cook for 2 minutes on Full Power. Stir with a wooden spoon to blend. Add powdered sugar, stir to mix, press into bottom of dish.

Sprinkle with the chocolate chips. Cook for 1 1/2 minutes on Full Power. Smooth the chips out to cover the candy using the wooden spoon. Refrigerate for one hour or freezer for 20 minutes. Cut into squares. Tastes like Reese's Cups!

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
