2 lbs. confectioners' sugar
1 c. peanut butter (plain or chunky)
2 sticks butter, softened
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 tsp. vanilla extract

Mix together in large bowl and put into microwave oven for 2 minutes on high setting. Pour into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cool and cut into squares.
