PEANUT BUTTER HAYSTACKS
(MICROWAVE)
 
1 c. (6 oz.) butterscotch chips
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. peanuts
2 c. chow mein noodles

Put chips and peanut butter in 2-quart casserole and cover. Microwave on medium 5 minutes. Blend well. Stir in peanuts and noodles. Drop by forkfuls onto waxed paper. Cool until set. Store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
