HAMBURGER PIE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. grated cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 c. cooked rice
2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Mix beef, bread crumbs, onion, seasonings, and 1/2 can of mushroom soup. Spread in greased 10 inch pie pan forming a shell. Mix rice, cheese, and remaining soup. Place in meat shell. Sprinkle with additional cheese, if wanted. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
