HAMBURGER PIE | |
1 lb. hamburger, fried & drained 1/2 c. chopped onion 1 1/2 lb. can (2 c.) peas 1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom or celery soup 1 1/2 tsp. salt 3 c. water 4 tbsp. butter 1 c. milk 2 2/3 c. potato flakes Fry hamburger and onions together; drain. In 11"x14" cake pan layer hamburger, peas, cover with tomato soup and cream of mushroom or celery soup. Make instant potatoes. Heat water, butter and salt to boil. Add milk. Remove from heat. Add flakes. Pour potatoes over other ingredients and bake 35 minutes at 350 degrees or until hot. |
